Stephen Carbone was a talent agent and entertainment strategist whose career in the entertainment industry spanned roughly half a century. He rose to lead the commercial divisions at International Creative Management (ICM) and later at Creative Artists Agency (CAA), two of Hollywood's most influential talent agencies, and was regarded as a pioneering figure in the commercial side of the talent business.

Over the course of his long career, Carbone worked with a wide range of agency clients and helped shape how commercial representation operated within the industry. He was known as a longtime agent and strategist whose work extended well beyond traditional talent representation.

Carbone died on August 28, 2026, at the age of 84, after a battle with cholangiocarcinoma, a rare and aggressive form of cancer.
