Ryan de Nino was an American reality television personality best known for appearing on Season 2 of the Lifetime/FYI series Married at First Sight, which premiered in 2015. On the show, he was matched with and married Jessica Castro, with their contentious relationship becoming a notable storyline of the season.

Following his time on the series, de Nino remained known to fans of the franchise. He was remembered by his family, including his sister Melissa DeNino, who paid tribute to his humor, loyalty, and warmth.

De Nino died suddenly in New Jersey in August 2026 at the age of 40.
