Particulars

A member of the French national horse-ball team and the daughter of its head coach Raphaël Dubois, she accumulated several European and world championship titles in the youth and senior categories and was described by the French Equestrian Federation as one of the best players of her generation.
Horse-ball is a team equestrian sport in which riders score by throwing a ball fitted with six leather handles into an elevated basket while on horseback. Dubois wore the colours of the France team on many occasions in international competition, earning recognition for her talent, commitment and passion from her teammates and the federation's staff.
She had been due to take part in matches at the major international event in Pau when the federation announced that she had died in the bad weather that struck the south-east of France in late October 2026, aged 27. Tributes were paid by the French Equestrian Federation and the national team staff, who were said to be devastated by the news.
