Rick Treadway was an American IndyCar driver who competed in the 2001–2002 seasons, including the 2002 Indianapolis 500.

Rick Treadway was born on January 15, 1970, the son of Fred Treadway, owner of the Treadway Racing team that won the 1997 Indianapolis 500. He began his racing career in the Formula 2000 junior series before moving up to the Indy Racing League.
Treadway made his IndyCar debut in 2001, racing midway through the season at Kentucky, and returned for the 2002 campaign, completing a total of eleven starts. His most notable appearance was the 2002 Indianapolis 500, where he qualified 17th and finished 29th. He raced for his father's teams, Treadway‑Hubbard Racing and Treadway Racing, and later participated in the Indy Legends Charity Pro‑Am events from 2014 to 2018, achieving a best finish of sixth place in 2014.
