Rafael Junior dos Santos Freire, known as Rafinha, was a Brazilian professional footballer who played as a midfielder. Born in Ourém, Pará, he built a career in regional football, featuring for clubs including Bragantino-PA and Santos-AP, and competed in national competitions such as the Copa do Brasil and the Campeonato Brasileiro Série D.

Known as a familiar figure in the football of the Bragança region, Rafinha continued playing professionally until 2022. He was remembered by friends, family and representatives of regional sports teams following his death.

He died in a traffic accident on a road linking Bragança to the Treme community in northeastern Pará, when his motorcycle collided with a parked truck.
