Marcel Johnson was a TikTok creator who gained a large international following by candidly sharing his 15-month battle with stage-four stomach cancer. Diagnosed with adenocarcinoma in August 2025, which later spread to his liver, he posted raw and confronting updates about his illness that resonated with people around the world and grew his audience to more than 800,000 followers. His openness made him a source of motivation and support for many others facing cancer. Outside content creation, he and his wife Taylor co-owned the bakery Lil Daddy's Cheesecakes in Michigan. He died peacefully in hospice care, survived by his wife and their five young sons.
