Departures of note

Janaína Barbosa was a Brazilian television presenter, actress, dancer and samba school muse who rose to prominence in the early 2000s hosting the entertainment program TV Fama on RedeTV! alongside Nelson Rubens. She also appeared as an actress in the Globo series Casos e Acasos in 2008 and worked as a theater producer and muse of the Mocidade Independente de Padre Miguel samba school.

In her personal life, she married presenter Otávio Mesquita in 2002 in a ceremony attended by celebrities, and later married businessman Felipe Faria in 2010, with whom she had two sons. In her later years she stepped away from the spotlight, earning degrees in psychology and journalism and working as a psychoanalyst, collaborating with the SuCor research laboratory at the University of São Paulo's psychology institute and as a hospital psychologist at the USP university hospital.
