Ian Crafford was an English film editor whose career spanned several decades and included work on some of the most notable films of the late 20th century. He served as editor on John Boorman's 'Hope and Glory' and on 'Field of Dreams', the acclaimed baseball fantasy starring Kevin Costner that was later selected for the U.S. National Film Registry.

Crafford also worked on Cheech & Chong and Monty Python movies, and collaborated with directors including Carol Reed and Irvin Kershner. His editing work spanned a wide range of genres, from comedy to drama, across both British and American productions.

He was regarded as a skilled craftsman within the international film industry, contributing his editing talents to a substantial body of work over his career.
