Hrishikesh Koloth (1999–2026) was an Indian-born mixed martial arts fighter who trained in Canada and aspired to compete in the UFC.

Hrishikesh Koloth was born in Kerala, India, in 1999. He developed an early interest in martial arts and later moved to Canada to pursue a career in mixed martial arts.
Settling in Penticton, British Columbia, Koloth trained intensively and was known for his determination, often accepting short‑notice fights and aiming to join the UFC. He also worked as an independent contractor for UraniumX Discovery Corp, contributing to a mining project in central Saskatchewan.
On May 8 2026, while on a mining site about 50 miles northeast of Points North Landing in Saskatchewan, Koloth was attacked and killed by a black bear. The bear was later euthanized on scene.
His death was mourned by family, friends, and the MMA community, who remembered his fearless attitude and his dream of fighting at the highest level.
