Hana Kuraki was a Japanese adult film actress who debuted in the industry in 2024 as a member of the Tokyo-based talent agency T-Powers, which represents many prominent adult video performers. She was described by her agency and Japanese media as a popular figure in the field with an active fan following and a social media presence on X (formerly Twitter).

On 14 September 2026, T-Powers posted a notice titled "Regarding Hana Kuraki" announcing that she had died at the age of 25. The agency expressed shock at the sudden news, noting that various claims about the circumstances surrounding her death and events involving a specific individual had been circulating online, and stated it was treating the situation seriously while prioritising her family's wishes and the deceased's dignity and privacy.

Her final X post, dated 5 September 2026, read "I've been having headaches every day lately... I wonder why." Her death at such a young age shortly after entering the industry drew attention and prompted statements from her agency, which said she had been deeply hurt and suffering before her death.
