Giacomo Aimoni was an Italian ski jumper and one of the pioneers of ski jumping in Italy. Born in Ponte di Legno in 1939, he rose to prominence in the early 1960s and represented Italy at the highest level of the sport.

At the 1964 Winter Olympics in Innsbruck, Aimoni competed in both ski jumping events, finishing 28th on the normal hill and 13th on the large hill. He returned to the Olympic stage at Grenoble in 1968, placing 25th and 16th in the two disciplines. Over his career he won two Italian national titles in ski jumping.

Aimoni was also closely associated with the Trampolino Gigante del Corno d'Aola in his hometown of Ponte di Legno, where he reportedly flew 109 meters in 1966. He remained a respected figure in Italian winter sports until his death at the age of 86.
