Finnian Garbutt (c.1998–2026) was a British actor best known for playing PC Ryan Power in the BBC drama Hope Street.

Finnian Garbutt was born in County Down, Northern Ireland, around 1998. He began acting locally and secured his breakthrough role as police constable Ryan Power when he joined the third series of the BBC Northern Irish crime drama Hope Street in 2023, appearing in thirty episodes.
