Esterina Tartman was an Israeli politician who served as a member of the Knesset for the Yisrael Beiteinu party between 2006 and 2009. Her parliamentary work focused on social and immigrant issues, reflecting the party's base among Russian-speaking Israelis.

Earlier in life, Tartman battled cancer in the mid-1990s and recovered. In 1997 she was seriously injured in a car accident, after which she lived with a disability. Despite these challenges she continued a public career, and her resilience was part of her public identity.

She died at the age of 68.
