Christy Knowings was an American actress and comedian best known as a regular cast member on the Nickelodeon sketch-comedy series All That. She joined the show in 1997 and appeared for three seasons through 2000, performing alongside Amanda Bynes, Nick Cannon, Kenan Thompson, and others. Her recurring characters included Jessica and Penny Lane.

After leaving All That, Knowings made three appearances on Sesame Street from 2008 to 2011 alongside her twin brother, Chris Knowings. In 2020 she released the single "To the World." She was featured on the June/July 2026 cover of Black Beat magazine.

Knowings died in August 2026 at age 46 after suffering an asthma attack.
