Christian Breseghello was a French rugby union player who played as a prop (pilier). Born in Mazères in the Ariège, he began his career at Saverdun before joining Stade Toulousain in 1979, where he became a mainstay of the forward pack during the club's rise in the early 1980s.

With Toulouse he reached the French championship final in 1980 and won the Bouclier de Brennus in 1985, the club's first title since 1947. He also won the Coupe de France in 1984 and was a finalist in the Challenge Yves du Manoir in 1984.

After his playing career, Breseghello remained active in public life, serving as a municipal councillor in Saverdun from 1989 to 2020, including as deputy mayor for sports and events from 1989 to 2001.
